Gauging your weight
 
J: How do I determine my actual weight? Is it like the average?
Rob: To correctly assess your weight you should weigh yourself in the morning after you wake up and go to the bathroom, but before breakfast. That way your digestive track is empty [and] it's just your plain normal weight, and that should fluctuate less.
 
 
When you feel crappy
 
J: I feel like crap. How do I fix it?
Rob: You wait until you stop feeling like crap
